Job Summary

Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Previous experience with front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, and filing systems
